One of the most iconic roguelike games of all time with millions of copies sold and for good reason. The Binding Of Isaac is an amazing game and series of games that is sure to entertain. If you aren’t familiar with the games then do yourself a favour and go and play them as soon as possible. I would probably recommend playing the second one over the first but the first is still a great title nonetheless. It’s just that the second one is a fairly big upgrade in terms of the amount of things to do and the overall quality.
The Binding Of Isaac is a roguelike game where you go from room to room fighting monsters and trying to get upgrades as you progress further and further until you hopefully and eventually beat the game. It’s a very fun game and because of its nature is it capable of offering tons of replay ability as you gain new items every run you complete and learn more and more about the game. Its biggest strength is on the contrary also for some people it’s biggest weakness. some people aren’t a fan of the game genre and having to play randomly generated levels and fight monsters and essentially doing the same thing over and over isn’t their cup of tea. I will however say that you can say this about most games that aren’t purely story driven as most multiplayer games as an example does this to some extent but of course with the difference being that you play with others. However, even if you aren’t much of a fan of the idea of playing the same thing over and over can I only ask you to look at all the many other great successes out there that either fully or partially take this concept and thrives doing it. It is a really fun gamemode and The Binding Of Isaac does a great job showing how it’s done. A great game and a bunch of fun.
